I don't know, but you are right, it's adorable. The stuff growing out of the rain gutter(?) on the adjacent house is pretty interesting, too.
My guess about the rain gutter stuff is that it's Boston Ivy. Its cousin Virginia Creeper leaves those stalks when the leaves drop, too, but you can just make out that the leaves aren't compound.
